About My Journey

As a mentor and coach, my journey has been one of deep transformation, resilience, and relentless growth.

I began on the other side of the breakthrough, struggling with self-doubt and paralyzed by the limiting beliefs that kept me playing small but I made a decision: to no longer let fear dictate the shape of my life.

Through personal exploration, emotional healing, and powerful mindset work, I began to rewire my thinking and lean into discomfort, realizing that every challenge was an invitation to evolve.

I asked myself, what might be possible if I simply refused to quit? That question became my compass. I stopped feeding the fear, started visualizing the life I wanted to create, and made a vow: If it's possible, I will pursue it.
To me, that means if I’m capable of doing something, even if it scares me, I’ll do it anyway. Because the sting of regret lasts far longer than the fear of the unknown.

From pushing my limits in endurance sports to expanding my awareness through knowledge, self-inquiry, and service, I’ve come to believe that growth is a lifelong adventure and I’m here for it. All of it.

As a coach, I value authenticity, connection, and community. I believe we rise higher when we rise together. Every person carries a story worth honoring, a voice worth amplifying, and a unique potential just waiting to be activated.

Today, I help others reconnect with their inner strength, break through personal barriers, and reframe their mindset to unlock what’s truly possible. My approach is rooted in iPEC's Core energy model allowing me to address the issue at the core, personal experience, a series of tools and strategies as well as the belief that your greatest power lives on the other side of your resistance.
