I’m Jasmine Spink,

Personal Mastery and Empowerment Coach, writer, and speaker devoted to helping high-achieving individuals unlearn performance-based worth and return to the truth of who they are beneath the roles, pressure, and perfection.

My work is grounded in lived experience. For years, I overfunctioned to earn belonging, silenced my needs to keep the peace, and wore strength like armor. Burnout, imposter syndrome, and emotional disconnection weren’t just concepts,

I lived them.
Until I began to question the foundation I was building my life on.

Through deep emotional healing, spiritual growth, and the study of human potential, I stopped performing and started reclaiming. Reclaiming my voice. My capacity. My story. My self-worth.

Today, I help others do the same.

I created The R.I.S.E. Method™ to guide ambitious souls through the process of:

Reclaiming their identity, Integrating their truth, Self liberate and Embodying who they were always meant to be.

My coaching blends ICF-accredited training through iPEC, emotional alchemy, somatic awareness, and soulful strategy. But more than that, it’s a homecoming. A return to the self you buried beneath the pressure to be "enough."
